Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Organiser: The competition is organised by Welbeck Hotel & Restaurant, 13 Mona Dr, Douglas, Isle of Man IM2 4LF.
2. Eligibility: Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over. Employees of Welbeck Hotel & Restaurant and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
3. Competition Period: This competition will be drawn every quarter, with the next draw occurring on 21 February 2025.
4. Prize: The prize consists of a one-night stay for two people in a Deluxe room at the Welbeck Hotel, including a full Manx breakfast.
5. Prize Validity: The prize must be redeemed for a visit review, encompassing our hotel, restaurant, or bar, from 1st December 2024 onwards. The review must be fair, balanced, and relate to a genuine event experienced by the reviewer.
6. Entry Requirements: To enter the competition, participants must write a review on Google or TripAdvisor about their experience at The Welbeck. The review must be fair, balanced, and relate to a genuine event experienced by the reviewer. Once done, send us a link to mail@welbeckhotel.com.
7. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries and will be notified via email or phone, within 7 working days of the draw date.
8. Winner Announcement: By participating, entrants agree to have their names published on Welbeck Hotel's website and social media platforms if selected as a winner.
9. Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the competition being drawn, and subject to availability.
10. General Conditions: Welbeck Hotel & Restaurant reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
11. Privacy: Personal data relating to entrants will only be used in accordance with current Isle of Man data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without prior consent.
12. Acceptance of Terms: Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
