Terms and Conditions for Valentine's Day Competition
1. Organiser: This competition is organised by Welbeck Hotel & Restaurant.
2. Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Employees of Welbeck Hotel & Restaurant and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Requirements: To enter the competition, participants must share your love story. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Competition Period: The competition will run from 03/02/2025 to 14/02/2025. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
5. Prize: The prize consists of a two-course Sunday Lunch for two, with a glass of Prosecco at the Welbeck Hotel & Restaurant.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified by Facebook post within 5 days of the closing date.
7. Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
8. Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness in any publicity material.
9. Data Protection: Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed as set out in the organiser's privacy policy.
10. Rights Reserved: Welbeck Hotel & Restaurant reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organiser’s control.
11. Liability: Welbeck Hotel & Restaurant cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
12. Acceptance of Terms: Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
