All our accommodations include High-Speed WiFi and Digital TV for your convenience. While we are comfortably nestled just off the bustling Douglas Promenade, numerous rooms provide limited sea views. Additionally, we offer several tranquil rooms situated at the rear of the hotel, where guests can still enjoy a sunny aspect.
Small Double Bedroom
Our small double rooms offer cosy accommodation with a 4'6" double (1235mm) bed, except for one—Room 307, which boasts a super king bed that can be separated into twin beds. The rooms feature diverse bathroom setups, with some offering step-in showers, and others a shower over a bath. Guests can expect a full Manx breakfast included in the room rate.
These rooms are perfect for individuals or couples seeking quality and comfort on a budget.
Double
Our Double rooms are furnished with a comfortable 5" double bed, ideal for a restful night's sleep. Guests can enjoy a sumptuous full breakfast, predominantly prepared with high-quality Manx produce. Many of these rooms also provide tranquil sea views, offering a picturesque start to your day.
All our double rooms come with a shower over the bath, making your stay comfy and convenient.
Superking or Twin
Experience a spacious, bright, and airy accommodation, perfect for a relaxing stay. Awaken each morning to a delicious Full Breakfast, crafted mainly from fresh local produce included in the room rate (supplements where applicable). This room offers the flexibility of a Super King double bed or two single beds—please advise us of your preference during booking.

Deluxe Superking/Twin
Delight in a bright and airy room offering picturesque sea views*, coupled with a remarkable Full Manx Breakfast to start your day, which is included in the room rate.
The room is defined as 'Deluxe' due to its additional spaciousness, which includes a comfortable seating area. Please inform us if you prefer two single beds instead of a Super King during your stay.
With just one offering a step-in shower, others a shower over a bath.
Deluxe Family Room
Our Deluxe Family Rooms offer ample space, ideal for families of up to five members or those who simply enjoy extra room. The bed configuration can be adjusted to suit your needs, featuring either a double bed or a combination of one double bed and three single beds. Extra beds are available on request.
Full Manx Breakfast included in the room rate (supplements where applicable).
Access is convenient with a lift to all floors; however, please note there are three steps to navigate before reaching the room.
All Family rooms include a shower over bath, ensuring a versatile bathing option to accommodate all family members.
Luxury 1 Bed Apartment

While you enjoy a self-catering experience, you'll have the added convenience of accessing the hotel's facilities right next door, including the bar and restaurant.
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing your own meals. The bedroom can be arranged as a double or twin, with the option to include a sofa and divan in the lounge area for additional seating or sleeping arrangements. Maximum 4 people.

Please note, this accommodation may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues, as there is a flight of stairs to navigate before reaching the lift to the first floor.
