Our well appointed rooms all have en suite bathroom and some offer a choice of double or twin beds.
All our rooms have High Speed WiFi & Digital TV.
Though we are slightly set back from the busy Douglas Promenade, many of our rooms offer limited sea views, with a few quiet rooms located to the rear of the hotel, which still enjoy a sunny aspect.

Small Double Bedroom
With one exception (307 has a superking bed which can divide into twins) all have a 4'6" double (1235mm) bed. Some have step in showers and others have shower over bath. Ideal for single occupancy or for couples on a budget.
Double
Enjoy your stay in a cosy, comfortable room with sea views*.
The Double room can only be a double (5"). This includes a full breakfast made with mostly Manx produce.
*Sea views available in most rooms.
Superking or Twin
Enjoy your stay in a large bright and airy room and wake up to a Full Breakfast made with mostly local produce. This room can be a Super King double, or 2 single beds- please let us know your preference.
Deluxe Superking/Twin
Enjoy your stay in a bright and airy room with sea views*, and wake up to our fantastic Full Manx Breakfast. Please tell us if you require 2 single beds instead of a SuperKing. This room is 'Deluxe' due to the extra room with a seating area.
Family Room
Our family rooms are great for those who like extra space (we only put extra beds in when requested) or families of up to five members. Lift to all floors but 3 stairs to negotiate before room.
1 Bed Apartment
Enjoy your stay in a luxury one-bedroom apartment, which- although self-catering- has the benefit of the Hotel just next door where you can use the facilities of the bar and restaurant. Bedroom can be double or twin, we can add sofa and divan. Please note, this may not be suitable for those who have mobility issues as there is only a lift after a flight of stairs to the first floor.
